I didn't even call around for other options, I wanted to go with a superb company to ensure the ducts were cleaned properly for my families health and I'm so glad I did. Fabulous experience and both of the men who came out were so friendly and professional to me, my kids and our dog! They also wear booties without needing to be requested! Highly recommend! Saw these guys were doing a duct cleaning for our neighbors across the street and decided to ask if they had availability to clean our dryer vent which has been giving us a low-flow error for a few months now, despite my best efforts to clean it out using a shop-vac. Tyler said no problem and that he would head over right after he completed the job on our neighbors house. Sure enough, in roughly the time he estimated, he came over and let us know he was going to get started on our dryer vent. Inside of five minutes, it was done and flowing like a champ. He showed me a short video of what they were able to clean out and it was WAY more than I thought it would be. They even cleaned up the outside area and left it looking perfect. We now plan to have them come out annually per Tyler's recommendation due to us having pets. These guys are amazing!

I contacted Duct Doctor on the suggestion of Estes Heating and Cooling in Nashville. Everyone from the first phone call was courteous, professional, and accommodating. When Michael came to assess and determine we could benefit, I got 4 other residents signed up to have their units ducts cleaned. Helped me move furniture, were super respectful of my property and a good time to be around as well. Got the job done in under an hour.House smells great, little one isn't breathing mold, and the team gave me some pointers for how to keep the system running better and the mildew out.I gotta say hiring the team with the special truck is a smart decision. No dust or dirt in our house at all!Will call these guys again when it's time for upstairs.

I had a great experience with USA Pro Vac! They arrived later than my expected service window but kept me informed throughout the day as they were falling behind schedule to confirm my availability. Great communication before and during the service. They were friendly, helped educate me on my AC, furnace, and humidifier, and gave great recommendations on what to look for when buying filters and how often I need maintenance. Will highly recommend to others and will plan to use in the future!

Mike and his team did an amazing job! The owner (Mike) is very kind and answered all of my questions when he came for the initial visit. They sent a formal estimate via text for approval before the job began. The whole process was easy from start to finish and there were no hidden costs.They cleaned our ducts, replaced an air duct in one of our rooms, replaced two supply boxes and two return boxes with metal boxes. It was a huge job and our attic is not easy space to work in. In addition to replacing the plenums, Mike also suggested we increase the size of our filter. The workers were friendly and polite. They texted before they arrived and cleaned up after themselves. I highly recommend Air of America for air duct cleaning and any repairs or updates needed to improve the air quality of your home.

These guys were amazing! Friendly, knowledgeable, caring and did an awesome job! I have a two story home with 2 AC units and the prices that were quoted during my shop around to find the right place, were absurd! But the owner of this business was not only friendly, understanding and fast with responses, he was beyond reasonable with price! He even included a huge discount for having two AC units along with my dryer vent for free! I will be forever a customer with Las Vegas Air Duct Cleaning Services! If you need this done, this is the business to trust!!

Had the dryer vent cleaned. It hadn't been cleaned in 10 years and the outer exhaust outlet is on the third floor. They had to climb a very long ladder to get to the vent. It was a lot of hard work. They did a great job! Fantastic! I will definitely use them again.

I had my vent cleaned on 7/3/24 - I've had my vent cleaned in the past and the guys always just left it very dirty with all the stuff that came out of the vent all in the bushes and then I would have to clean it up. Went with this company on a recommendation. My wife and I were so impressed. The pictures before and after say everything. I has Oscar and Kevin. Two of the nicest gentlemen and extremely professional. Called the office about them and the service. Potentially going for duct work replacement down the road. Different group for Nov 2025. Very good. Answered all my questions and given good information for next cleaning to save the duct work. Basically cleaning without tentacles. Tentacles fine cleaning. Not always required. They worked hard and very horst with advice. Use the company. Small company.

True Professionals! A 3 man crew arrived on time and got to work right away. They provided before and after photos of my ducting, giving me complete peace of mind. I could see first hand how dirty it was and how clean they got it. They were great about answering all of my questions. I highly recommend them as they go above and beyond what other companies in town will do. They will repair any small leaks in the ducting, and they use a vacuum technique versus blowing out the vents and brushing. The vacuum technique traps the dirt in your ducting from getting all over your furniture and throughout your house. Having no mess to clean up more than justifies their price!

The team did a very good job of cleaning my ducts. They worked with care to not ding or dent any of my furniture and walls. The condition of my ducts were explained to me and I could see how well they were cleaned because the tape they use to cover then was being pulled very strongly by the vacuum they use to suck all the dust from the other vents.
